Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Ensure proper handling of incoming calls and visits.
  • Provide good reception service to all visiting customers to AF Academy.
  • Send & receive courier, mails/ fax documents.
  • Ensure adequate AF brochures display in the reception.
  • Record and make daily/weekly/monthly report of all visiting.
  • Follow up and assistant in working with translation supplier.
  • Coordinate with other Admin Executives to deliver administrative tasks at the AF Academy such as booking of transportation, accommodation, ordering stationery as required, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned by line manager.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Bachelor Degree in Foreign Languages, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience in similar role.
  • Versatile, flexible, adapt quickly to change and connect: you are excited by fast-paced, fast-changing environments.
  • Honest, willing to learn new things and attention to details.
  • Ability to work independently & resourcefully
  • Knowledge of general office admin
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PPT…
  • Good verbal and written skills in both English and Vietnamese.
