[HCM/HN] - Digital Marketing Executive

Position:  Digital Marketing Executive

Location: HCM

Report to:  Marketing Director

 Quantity: 01

Key Responsibilities

 Adopt an optimization approach; conduct a holistic review of the Digital Marketing strategy. 

Ø  Be in charge of all digital marketing activities for whole Apax Franklin in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh

Ø  Develop and drive the digital content strategy to gain leads and build brand awareness

Ø  Daily monitor, analyze and bid Google ad, FB Ads and other ads networks

Ø  Manage website & social media channels to make sure we have proper content to generate leads.

Ø  Constantly do A/B testing and apply other techniques to keep improving website, increasing followers.

Ø  Drive the SEO and SEM strategies/ execution.

Ø  Develop and deliver a strategy to improve conversions and reduce CPA’s.

Ø  Deliver retargeting, affiliate marketing strategy and continuously drive new initiatives to increase highly convertible traffic.

Ø  Keep track on competitors’ analysis and trend updates.

Ø  Support team to organize seminars, events, workshops…

Main KPIs:

Ø  Increase Followers

Ø  Leads/shows-up/signs-up from digital channels

Ø  Cost per students from digital sources.

Ø  Page Views: Number of pages viewed on our website   

Ø  Number of Visits: Number of visits to our website

Ø  Unique Visits: Number of individuals who visit our website

Ø  Return Visits: Number of times a unique visitor returns to site

Ø  Average Time on Site: Amount of time a visitor spends on website

Ø  Inbound Links: Number of backlinks our website receives

Ø  Competitive Power: A metric that measures our site’s ability to compete in SERPs.

Ø  Position in Search Results: Your organic ranking on search engine result pages

 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

·         Bachelor degree in relevant field.

·         At least 2-year experience in Digital Marketing

·         Good written and spoken English

·         Data driven & analytical mindset, with good command of online marketing tools (Analytics, CMS, CRM, Optimization, etc.)

·         Creative thinker, with great curiosity for digital and endless ambition for growth

·         Knowledge of budgeting, cost estimating, and fiscal management principles and procedures.
